Sodium Metabisulfite 250 gr


Essentially the same ingredient as potassium metabisulfite, but contains the sodium ion instead of potassium. Most winemakers prefer to use this salt ingredient for sanitizing all wine making equipment.

How to use: Make a solution of 8 to 10 teaspoons dry measure of sodium metabisulfite added to 1 gallon (4 liters) of water, and then rinse your equipment in this solution for about 5 minutes to sanitize, and let drip dry.
